Follow the in-app instructions during setup to name your robot.
After setup, you can always change your robot's name in the app settings.
If you are using the Classic iRobot® HOME App, click here.
- Scroll down to Product Settings and tap on it.
- Choose About (Robot Name).
- Tap on Product Name.
- Enter in updated Name → Tap "<" to go back, which will save the new name.
- Roomba® and Braava jet® m6: Ensure your mobile device is on the same Wi-Fi network as Roomba®
- Braava jet® (other than m6): Ensure your mobile device is connected through Bluetooth
If you are using the New Roomba® Home App, click here.
- From the robot tab, with your robot selected, tap on the three (3) dots.
- Choose About (Robot Name).
- Tap on Robot Name.
- Enter in updated Name → Tap "<" to go back, which will save the new name.
